We are delighted to have Singapore Physio offer Tanglin Trust School students and staff a comprehensive range of physiotherapy services in our onsite clinic, located on Level 6 of The Centenary Building.
Singapore Physio brings considerable experience and expertise to the Tanglin community, having successfully operated clinics in Asia for over 20 years. After opening their first clinic in Tokyo in 2002, Singapore Physio now have clinics in Tokyo, Niseko, Hakuba, Nozawa, Myoko, and here in Singapore, at Camden Medical Centre.
Led by co-founders Bevan and Vanessa Colless, the Singapore Physio team have access to state-of-the-art equipment, and a team of specialists to cover most rehabilitation and recovery needs. This includes both sporting and non-sporting injuries, postsurgery rehabilitation, office ergonomic consultations, lower back and neck pain, women’s health, and paediatric physiotherapy.

Injury Triage: Monday 7.15am – 8.15am
Singapore Physio offer students a free drop-in session on Monday morning during which a preliminary assessment is given on new injuries or concerns. These short consultations may lead to a recommendation of further assessment, for which parents will be contacted under no obligation.
Tanglin Sport & The IMPACT Programme
With both personal and professional experience of high-performance sport, Singapore Physio staff will work closely with Head of Athletic Development, Tom Clarke, to support our aspiring athletes. Utilising leading sports science technologies, athletes in our IMPACT programme will undergo fitness screening and assessments which will help inform training best practise and injury prevention strategies. They will provide pitchside support at major tournaments hosted by Tanglin, as well as contribute to a programme of training and performance education for students and parents.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can all students use the physio clinic or is it just for those playing sport or on the IMPACT programme?
Singapore Physio and the clinic is available to all Tanglin students. They offer a full range of physiotherapy services.
Are physio appointments free for Tanglin students?
No, the rates for different appointments are published on the booking form. The cost of an appointment is below market rate and reflects the partnership between Singapore Physio and the school.
Can I book an appointment for my child at any time of day?
We are mindful of protecting important learning time, so the following rules apply when booking student appointments during the school day:
• Infant/Junior School – no restrictions on appointment times
• Middle School (Year 7-9) – no restrictions on appointment times
• Upper School (Year 10-11) – appointment times to be booked during a child’s PE lesson, Sport lesson, Monday P6/Thursday P4 CCA, and after 4pm.
• 6th Form (Year 12-13) – during free study periods, Monday P6/Thursday P4 CCA, and after 4pm.
Can parents book an appointment for themselves?
Unfortunately, parents are unable to use the clinic at this time.
What if there are no appointment times available?
When booking the appointment, you will be able to see the available slots. If demand regularly exceeds the available slots, please send your feedback to Singapore Physio or email Sport@tts.edu.sg. Singapore Physio has the capacity to meet the needs of our community.
Can I request a female or male therapist for my child’s appointment?
Yes, the option to request a specific therapist is possible at the time of booking.
Should parents attend their child’s appointment?
For Infant or Junior children, a parent/guardian is required to attend all appointments. For Senior School students, parents are most certainly welcome and it is encouraged for the initial assessment/first appointment.
Can Singapore Physio directly bill my insurance company?
The first appointment/initial assessment must be paid up front at the time of booking. If repeated follow ups are recommended, direct billing can be arranged for a minimum of 5 further appointments.
What should students wear for the appointment?
Students should wear their PE kit for the appointment. Infant/Junior children should wear PE kit to school on that day, while Senior students can use the changing facilities on Level 6 of the Centenary Building, just a few steps from the clinic.
