SEASAC Football Boys & Girls
This year’s SEASAC Football tournament in Bangkok saw our teams perform at their best, demonstrating tremendous skill, teamwork, and resilience across four days of intense competition.
The Girls’ Team impressed everyone with their unbeaten record, facing off against some of Bangkok's biggest schools. They battled through tough matches and stayed undefeated throughout the tournament having only conceded a single goal in their 6 matches. Despite some early nerves, they found their rhythm and dominated in the final, securing victory over Dover with some electrifying attacking football.
Our Boys’ Team also had an outstanding run, winning every game up until the final. In the semi-final against East, the boys showed maturity and resilience, fighting hard to earn their place in the final. Though they came up just short against Dover in the last match, we couldn’t be prouder of their dedication and sportsmanship.

As Head of Football, I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such committed staff. Mr Hamilton (and his team) expertly coordinated all logistics, while Mrs Rentoul (Head Nurse) was an exceptional support throughout, providing vital medical care during the four days. Mr. Robinson and Mr. Baker contributed their expert coaching, helping elevate our teams’ performances, and Mr. Radcliffe was always ready with invaluable advice and insights.
Playing at such a high level and remaining unbeaten in all but one match is a remarkable achievement.
A huge congratulations to Team Tanglin for making us so proud!

SCC Rugby 7s
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s SCC 7’s another fantastic event!
Balancing opportunity with results can be challenging, but we are incredibly proud of each player who stepped onto the Padang last weekend.
A special congratulations to the five senior Tanglin girls who made history as the first girls' team entry in the tournament – an amazing milestone!
For the boys, it was a season of close calls. Rugby often hinges on fine margins, which can sometimes work for or against you. No matter the outcome, the way you play always matters most.
Tanglin Trust School was the only international school to field teams in every age group and reach the semi-finals in each, showcasing the strength of our program.
Congratulations also to Dubai College (U19), with whom we enjoyed some excellent training sessions throughout the week!
