FLEXIBLE PROTECTION WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY Vehicles leaving the lane in an uncontrolled fashion and the collision with other road users are two of the greatest dangers to road traffic. Especially at construction sites there is increased risk of accidents. With its mobile protective device GP-500, Nissen offers a secure solution.
The GP-500 is ideally suited to separate traffic streams that are flowing in opposing directions and to secure roadwork sites in ongoing traffic. In the event of an impact, the steel construction absorbs energy, protects vehicle passengers through plastic deformation and easily withstands the impact of a car at up to 80 km/h. Thanks to its slimline design, the
GP-500 can be easily transported, loaded and unloaded as well as positioned. Furthermore, the protective device is provided with a tipping length limitation that prevents the domino effect in the event of an impact and limits tipping to a max. length of 240 metres.
