Each year, around the start of the holiday season, I sit down and reflect upon the last 11 months as I begin to write the opening letter to our holiday publication. The challenges that 2020 has placed on our ourselves, our businesses, our relationships and our families have been tremendous. Combined with a tumultuous political election and social discontent, it has been easy to lose perspective on some of the good moments, our optimism for the future waning at times. But I encourage you to continue finding joy in the small things. I have enjoyed watching members of our team pursue new hobbies (or dust off old ones), plant new gardens and watch life grow, connect more deeply with family members and develop relationships with neighbors, co-workers and our industry community in this time of need. And so this year, we wanted to share with you some of our favorite quotes and holiday wishes as a way to keep our gaze on a hopeful tomorrow. I hope you all have a wonderful (socially distanced) holiday season. Cheerfully,
