View CRM Records in Your Email Work better with Salesforce. Salesforce Inbox seamlessly connects Salesforce data to your email, providing context for all your customer interactions. There’s no need to open a new tab or switch between apps on your mobile device. To view CRM records, just open an email and click on the Salesforce cloud icon. Once there, you can click on an existing record to jump into the details in Salesforce if you have the Salesforce1 app installed on your mobile device!
Quickly Create New Leads and Opportunities If you don’t see the record you’re looking for, you can create new Leads, Contacts, or Opportunities directly. For new prospects that reach out to you, create a Lead as soon as you receive their message. Create a record by clicking on the green Salesforce cloud icon. Simply start a draft and utilize these features to increase efficiency in your work day! Finally got a response from that prospect you’ve been hunting down for weeks? Avoid the back and
forth of scheduling a meeting by using our Insert Availability feature. Select open times from your calendar, and your prospect will be able to click one of your options to immediately book a slot. If your calendar fills up in the meantime, your prospect will only see the times still available!
Insert Shortcuts If you find yourself sending the same follow-up emails after a call or receiving the same questions from prospects, reply efficiently by using text Shortcuts instead of typing out each response.
