Payment terms for Groups 1. A deposit of 30% of the invoice total is required to make a booking. Full payment is required 15 days before arrival for students who do not require a visa for the UK. Full payment is required to issue visa letters.

2. The invoice is for the course, accommodation and services booked. Additional requests will be charged separately.

3. Accommodation bookings cannot be amended or cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date of the group, otherwise, cancellation fees will be applied.

4.
