Knockout CONCEPT:
iNNOCENTLY WALKING HOME IN THE MIDST OF THE STREETS IN CHICAGO, A YOUNG WOMAN IS HORRIFICALLY ATATCKED. UNARMED, DEFENSLESS AND PETRIFIED SHE IS LEFT BROKEN MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. SHAKEN AND TORN FROM THE EVENT, SHE PLUCKS THE COURAGE TO CHANGE HER MENTALITY AND ASPIRES TO HEAL HERSELF THROUGH VIGOUROUS TRAINING. HER NEW FOUND INNER STRENGTH, SETS IN STONE HER STRONG LEVEL HEADED MINDSET AND GIVES HER THE CONFIDENCE TO FACE HER FEARS IN THE FUTURE. NOW ARMED WITH HER ARMOURY, SHE IS ABLE TO FACE THE DIFFICULTIES AND CHALLENGES OF THE WORLS IN A POSITIVE AND COURAGEOUS MANNER.
Knockout SCRIPT: Sara, is a 22 year old woman living in Chicago, who works as a barista in a coffee shop. Walking home one, she is attacked by a thug who steals her purse. As she is she is small and fairly weak, she is left bruised and hurt as she is unable to defend herself against the attacker. She is visibly shaken and upset and continually dears that something like this will happen again whenever she goes out. She is ashamed that she was unable to do anything about it and is discouraged by the scratches and bruises on her face and neck. Seeing these marks constantly in the mirror is a reminder of her inability to protect herself. She notices a gym that she has continually passed for months and peers in. She is intrigued to see that there is a training session and is in awe of the number of women who are part of it. It was in this moment that Sara realised she had to do take control of her inner strength. The next day, Sara starts figuring out how to use the gym equipment and works out by herself. She is unsure what to do and is too nervous to ask for help. After a few days, she becomes slightly discouraged, seeing no improvement. Seeing her struggle from afar, one of the personal trainers Jacob decides to help her and Sara nervously excepts. Under his direction, Sara begins to train vigorously. Her mentality grows stronger, her confidence rises and her passion for kickboxing surges. She is no longer the weak, timid woman who was nervous whenever having to walk home. She is satisfied and happy whenever she looks at a reflection of herself and see a figure with definition, control and one that is not covered in the horrific bruises she once had. The trainer has taught her all he can and she is now an experienced fighter. She makes the tough decision to leave Chicago and starts her new life adventure in Asia, with a new a determination to face her fears.
