A mini two-week intensive project to propose an ‘intervention’ of an object or routine in someone’s day to day life. My ‘Intervention’ proposal was a DIY - ‘Do It Yourself’ recycling project catered to the home. The general idea was to transform clean old underwear into eyemasks. The package included a recycle box from magazine editorials, an instruction manual, and a postcard intended to educate the custome, not only in the task itself but in the bigger picture, recycling.

During a Design and Communication class, we were partnered with another classmate. The goal was to create a visual identity, for example, a lookbook video for a made-up brand. We were to create the aesthetic, feel, and mood of that made-up brand. ‘The Backroom’ was a grundgy lingerie brand, that was inspired by the aesthetic of punk rock bands and their adventures in ‘The Backroom’ behind stage.

For my Creatives and Entrperneurship class, the goal was to spend all semester creating a life-like concept and company. In a team of five, we purposed and created 13thandFifth, a school apparel for The New School. We designed and screenprinted tshirts with classmate’s artwork.

In my PR and Branding class, we were put into a team of 6 girls to design the brand identity and company of our imaginary company. We created, ‘Pretty.’ a monthly tampon service that brought you gifts to your home, making your period experience a better one. The entire semester we worked on our customer, brand identity, essence, mood, and over all story.
PRETTY.
EXPERIMENTAL INTIMATE SKETCHES
Since a small age, I have always taken painting, drawing, illustration classes. Keeping the tradition since my childhood, I create pieces for my own enjoyement. Usually working with markers, pens, or paint. Occasionally experiment with digital art as well.
