aren Todd describes herself as a “thread in the fabric of the Taos community.” A transplant from Chicago who came here to ski over two decades ago, she stayed to raise her family. Since then, she has fed those who came through her Dragonfly Café, stopped by her Taos Farmers Market bakery stand and enjoyed her catered meals.
