Tara Books Stationery Catalogue
Tara Books’ foray into stationery began at our print-shop, when we started to recycle misprints of screen-printed sheets into notebook covers — our one-of-a-kind Flukebooks were born. They were so successful that we decided to expand our range of stationery, to include not only notebooks, but also greeting cards and postcards. Along the way, given our long history of working with rich and varied forms of indigenous and popular art, we’ve collected an astonishing variety of works, which we began to design into prints and posters. Affordable for art lovers, they provide an extra source of income for our artists, as well as support the artisans in our print-shop. The number of our products has grown organically over the years. 1
