Tara Gonzales

Tara Gonzales graduated from the International Academy of Design & Technology with a B.A. in Merchandise Management. She credits her incredibly gifted artistic Mother for early influence, exposure and support of her creativity. She began designing outfits for her dolls when she was six years old and purchased her first fashion magazine at age 12. Her life-long obsession and passion for the industry has continued to grow. Tara has over eight years of retail experience in the areas of sales, operations, brand building, merchandising, and management. She is currently employed at Macy’s and at Fashion Group International as an Intern.Tara hopes to continue to develop and contribute her fashion merchandising skills and knowledge by obtaining a merchandise management position within the fashion industry.
