The 2014 Spring Collection entitled “Oasis� brought joie de vivre and beautiful femininity to the runway. She began with graphic black and white prints, roaming into sand-scape colors of the savanna, then erupting with brilliant colors of pizazzy orange, red, and azure blue. She featured her signature wrap dress and summery seventies-disco vibe with perfection, radiating energy and buoyant designs with the poise that is so classic DVF.

Backcast: fall 2014 rtw
The 2014 Fall Collection entitled “Bohemian Wrapsody” took a journey of prints and mix-and-match colors down the runway, showcasing Diane’s iconic wrap dress in a flattering updated way. Inspiration was clearly drawn from hand-painted folkloric motifs and wildly colorful costumes. But there was nothing costumey about these pieces; it was a pivotal collection for women of any age.
