BASIC DECO LED TECNO VINTAGE Range of lamps "filament LED": micro-led sources - that optimise thermal management - are positioned on a glass support and completely covered with phosphor powder that unifies, amplifies and diffuses the light. to give it a pleasant warm colour identical to traditional incandescent lamps.  This design creates glow "sticks" to identify with the old fashioned incandescent lamps that are identified as extremely resistant "filaments".  The state of the art power pack incorporated into the body manages and compensates for voltage variations on the network to ensure constant power supply to the LED filaments. 

PROJECT MATRIX CTA-DIM - Color Temperature Adjustable Dimming CTA-DIM technology perfectly emulates the color tones of halogens; when dimmed it gradually transforms a bright soft tone color, at its highest colour temperature, to a warm flame colour tone at its lowest temperature. (2800K to 1800K CCT). Exactly as it used to happen with halogen or incandescent lamps.  Aluminum alloy body with unique thermal management design.  Same dimensions of halogen lamps for a perfect replacement. 

While dimming it keeps very high color rendering, from Ra98 when not dimmed to Ra85 at 1800K.  Dimming 100-0% with leading and trailing edge dimmers (see datasheet on the website).  Fantastic color perception. 

PRO HB - HIGH BAY The product is composed of an engine body to be completed with an aluminium or discoloration resistant polycarbonate reflector (can be completed with a screen for directional lighting).  Optical system composed of a primary glass lens that evens out the flow of the CITIZEN COB LED sources.  Meanwell Driver: efficiency, long life and silent; not suitable in installations with variable luminous intensity.  Long life: L70 = 50000h reduced maintenance costs and excellent luminous flux maintenance.  High luminous efficacy: from 12000 lumen to 13000 lumen.  Finned aluminium body for heat dissipation.  Easy wiring thanks to the IP65 junction box incorporated into the body of the fixture.  Immediate ignition and re-ignition. DURASTRIP DURASTRIP is a LED strip made with SMD technology, intended to have the best use flexibility. Thanks to the important luminous emission, DURASTRIP can be used in projects where a linear and even LED lighting must be provided, to highlight the architectural components and reliefs of the ambient. Ideal for indoors and outdoors and also immersed thanks to the IP68 protection rating.

We supply Durastrip LED following the design specifications, already cut to size and, if necessary, with the length of the cables suitable for every ambiance. For faster installation and a perfect service.

BUT WHAT SIZES? Exactly the size that you need! Let's presume that in your lighting project for a hotel there are 45 rooms with dimensions of 4x4 m, with a strip on one side only; then there are 45 bathrooms with dimensions of 1.80x1.20m with the strip on the long side. We will supply exactly 45 IP20 stripes in 4 metre rolls, complete wiring of the length necessary for the project, plus 45 IP68 strips in 1.8m rolls. PERFECT! Cut step every 10cm to a maximum length of 7 metres, for DURASTRIP max 10W/m or 5m for DURASTRIP max. 15W/m. The customised cable can have a maximum length of 7 meters.

DMX512, which abbreviation is DMX (Digital MultipleX), is a communication protocol mainly used to control lighting (even LED type), from computers or control units. It is normally used to control coloured lighted or white lighted appliances (RGB) with variable temperature. Thanks to the high transmission speed of the data, the DMX allows making dynamic and even complex sceneries. A DMX network consists in 512 channels; the number of appliances that can be controlled cannot be defined beforehand, as it depends on how many DMX channels each appliance uses. E.g., if every appliance of the DMX network uses 3 DMX channels, the network can contain 170 appliances. ZKCDMX-R code version: Equipped with RJ45 connector for DMX signal, complete with looping system and remote sensor with plug (20 cm cable). It can be used in a traditional way or with remote control included in the packaging (signal distance 10 mt in free air).

The 1-10V luminous intensity control system runs with analog technology: 1 corresponds to 0% and 10 to 100% of the lamp emission. The intensity can be adjusted by using the linear curve or logarithmic curve and it is the simplest system to install. The connection is carried out by 2 polarity wires placed between the power supply and controller. It can be used with active or passive control systems.

The DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) is a digital protocol interfacing with the power supplies. It is widely used in the lighting field as it provides visible benefits compared to the 1-10V analog control technology (it is essentially a flexible, digital control that allows addressing the single appliances). The DALI protocol allows defining appliance units and managing the lighting sceneries, to create the right lighting of an ambient according to its use. Different lighting sceneries can be configured and enabled using a simple key, without involving the system wiring. The DALI protocol is more simple and economic compared to the integrated management systems of a building (building management). A DALI network can control up to 64 appliances/ lamps.

PROJECT DURALUM MODULES Flexible system of continuous LED modules mounted into multiple arrays; supplied by the meter, it can be cut to any length between the modules.  Each array can be bent horizontally up to 90° and 45° vertically from the next module for complex cove and niches applications.  Each LED PCB incorporates aim adjustability with +/- 60° rotation from vertical in order to attain a perfect control of the direction of the light.  DURALUM comes with a wide choice of color temperatures: 2200K - 2400K - 2700K - 3000K - 3500K - 4000K  Color consistency: within 2-step MacAdam ellipse deviation from LED sub-bin selection +/- 50K  Each module carries a PCB with 6 LED array (PCB can be replaced).

DURALUM modules strand can be surface mounted with their optional mounting clips.  Max continuous run: powered at 24Vdc, 4 amp max, max 225 modules.  DURALUM can be dimmed like all other DURASTRIPS: see the relevant accessories pages.  DURALUM accessories include: straight mounting channel with different covers (clear or frosted), Jbox, mounting clips, end caps, antidust removable cover and spare replacement LED modules and empty strand.  DURALUM is available upon orders with minimum quantity to be defined with the sales force. 

DURALUM accessories DRL-EC Each length of Duralum can be terminated with silicone end caps to protect and insulate the conductors at the end of a run.

White PVC cable mounting clamp secures Duralum cable to surface with a single screw on each side of clamp (screws not included).

Aluminum mounting channel for straight run applications. Channel screws into place, lamp sockets fit into channel ensuring linear integrity and reducing installation time. Finish is standard satin aluminum. Comes in 1250 mm sections.

DRL-LENS-C-4 Clear polycarbonate lens for channel. Protects LED modules from direct contact. Comes in 1250 mm sections.

Replacement PCB. 5 pcs pack. Light color temperature to be specified.

DRL-JBOX Compact junction box (63.5mm x 38mm x 38mm) used to cover terminal block connections. One end of the terminal block screws directly into Duralum conductors, the other end connects (accepts 0,75-5mm2 wire) to power supply. Terminal block included.
