5th Coffee and Tea Salon It is estimated that a Pole drinks on average more than 500 servings of coffee, and 650 servings of tea, per year. These are increasingly consumed in cafes, teashops and eateries. The Polish tea market is the third largest in Europe, after those in the UK and Russia. While the consumption of tea has been steady for several years now, the drinking of coffee has increased by over 80% in the past 10 years, as the coffee market in Poland has recorded a six-fold increase. New opportunities to boost the impact of your participation in the trade fair
The HORECA®Trade Fair is quite specific, and more and more clients interested in our products visit the fair. Krakow’s event is frequented by an increasing number of guests from such countries as Slovakia, Germany and the Czech Republic, which we are very happy about.
We encourage our exhibitors to take advantage of limited, additional advertising opportunities in order to really stand out from the competition and attract even more potential contractors. We have prepared a number of advertising packages which will help make your company memorable.
Tomasz Gawlik, Optimum
We are unable to reach all customers, but thanks to the fair the customer may reach us. The event is a chance to see products – not all of them of course, but at least some, because it’s impossible to show everything a company manufactures. If a customer has a chance to see, touch or even try a device out – it is a significant argument in favour of our offer. It is much more than just browsing a catalogue. Tomasz Michalski, Komat
Why is the Krakow fair particularly recommended? I have been coming to the fair for several years now in order to catch up with the trends. Andrzej Bandurowski, K´dzierzyƒski Tennis Club
This is the ideal place to get to know modern technologies. I come here every year to find out what’s new in the sector, and to discover new flavours in coffee, tea, wine or food products. Pawe∏ Wójcik, hotel Willa Aromat
I am interested in equipment for guesthouses – mostly mincers, food processors and blenders. From my point of view, the fair’s offer is very broad and this is why I consider my visit here very fruitful. We could see many devices and get acquainted with novelties in the area of catering. I run a guesthouse in Bukowina Tatrzaƒska – Willa Limba – and I visit the fair in Krakow every year. I am glad that this event is organised, because every year I learn a lot of interesting things and establish new contacts with various people. The combination of catering, hotel business and wine is perfect, because my work involves exactly these areas. Anna Guzowska, Willa Limba
The fair is becoming increasingly successful. You can see progress from year to year. The number of exhibitors is growing, which isn’t necessarily good for us because of the increased competition. Another huge plus is that visitors are showing up. What’s the deciding factor behind us coming back to the Krakow fair? Certainly a fondness for the fair itself, but even beyond that, Krakow is a city with a well-developed tourism infrastructure. We meet many of our regular clients at the fair as well - this creates plenty of opportunities for talks and meetings. Danuta Walkowicz-KwaÊniewska, Demi Co
