Attractive, tested FORMULA The International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment HORECA® is one of the most important events in the catering and hotel industry in Poland, and has been running for more than 26 years. It combines a multi-topic formula with the valuable accompanying agenda of the HORECA® and ENOEXPO® Knowledge Academy, with carefully selected special guests and a culinary show in the unique Masters Kitchen. In the same place and time the comprehensive offer for hotel and restaurant is presented: equipment for interior, reception, kitchen but also food and wine from all around the world. This is the place where HoReCa industry meets to present novelties and create trends for next season. The event is organised together with International Wine Trade Fair in Krakow ENOEXPO®, which is the only professional meeting of producers and importers of wine with HoReCa sector.

HORECA® 2018 has been announced as the winner of the prestigious MPPower Awards® in the MP Power Project category. Organised by Meeting Planner, the contest aims to select the best Polish events and projects in the field of event-marketing, identify venues with the highest event potential and reward industry celebrities and experts.The MP Power Project is a competition that promotes the most effective, creative, innovative and well-organised projects in the event industry.
Each time I come to the HORECA® Trade Fair in Krakow, I try to find something new for myself and not only myself. I always like to see everything with my own eyes and this event makes it possible; indeed, frequently, it allows you to find something new to use in your own restaurant. Year after year, the trade fair gets better thought-out, while also looking better and better. What's more, the panel discussions are becoming really interesting. Of course, the number of stands with interesting ideas is also increasing, which is why I think that the trade fair will continue to grow. This is our second time at HORECA®. After the first two days, we are satisfied. I must admit that the turnout is greater than last year and we see many more serious clients interested in our offer. In terms of organisation, I must say this is the best trade show in Poland. The whole HORECA® team could serve as a role model for other organisers. We've never had any problems and we feel good here. I would encourage all exhibitors to come to HORECA® with a specific, dedicated trade show portfolio that will attract new clients. PROFESSIONAL visitors HORECA® / GASTROFOOD / ENOEXPO® trade fairs are visited by nearly 14 000 guests professionally associated with the catering, hotel and wine industries from all over Poland, as well as from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The HORECA® trade fair is a prestigious event with many years of history, able to attract specific visitors thanks to comprehensive promotion, while Krakow is one of the Polish cities with the greatest impact on the development of the HoReCa sector. Krakow was chosen as the European Capital of Gastronomic Culture 2019. The title was awarded for the first time by the European Academy of Gastronomy.
We are very happy with this year's HORECA® because of the large number of visitors from beyond Małopolska, e.g. from Poznaƒ, Gdaƒsk, Gniezno, Wrocław; it's been a very nice surprise. We met more than ten serious clients who are interested in our offer. In terms of organisation, we have no complaints either.

HORECA Knowledge Academy The HORECA® Knowledge Academy includes training, hands-on workshops and seminars that complement the agenda of the trade show. The programme features meetings in several conference rooms, in a special Masters Kitchen and on the stage of HORECA Talks. HoReCa industry experts, trainers, chefs and cooks are invited to share their knowledge, experience and practical solutions.
The leading theme of the HORECA® Knowledge Academy in 2019 is dedicated to Cracovian cuisine. Kraków combines a wealth of flavours and cultural diversity with the heritage of historical Galicia, whose cuisine draws from the flavours of 5 cultures and different nations, opening the way for a great variety of culinary experiments. During the trade fair, representatives of Polish gastronomy and invited foreign guests will try their hand at our local delicacies and recipes.

Culinary inspirations in the MASTERS KITCHEN The Masters Kitchen provides a venue for renowned chefs from Poland and beyond to showcase their practical skills. The culinary show is organised every year. In 2018, it was held in partnership with the United States of America, under the slogan of "A Peek into America's kitchen". The inspiration was provided by food products from different US regions, such as beef from Nebraska, fish from Alaska and Californian wines. Famous chefs prepared dishes based on their original recipes, which showed traditional and modern American cuisine from a Polish perspective.
HORECAÂŽ sparked my interest because of its culinary events, something I am interested in. I appreciate the large number of exhibitors; you can find and try many interesting dishes and products. The organisation is absolutely fine. The map helped me find the exhibitors I was interested in and I didn't have to wander around looking for them, which is great. I really like this year's American theme, because American cuisine is really popular and tasty. I will be happy to come again next year; I find the trade fair and the workshops really interesting.
