Ladies and Gentelmen, We proudly present you this year’s first issue of bulletin of the International Cooperative Trade Fair of Tools and Processing Industry INNOFORM, which will take place on 25-27 April 2017 in the Bydgoszcz Trade Fair and Exhibition Center. Here you will find all information necessary for planning your stay at the Trade Fair most effectively and announcements from some of the companies that have already confirmed their participation at the Trade Fair. In less than three months will take place an event our country has never seen before. Entrepreneurs concerned in plastics processing and production of special tools waited for a long time for this type of Trade Fair. The Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster and Targi w Krakowie Ltd. invite you to participate in the INNOFORM International Cooperative Trade Fair of the Tools and Processing Industry, which will take place from the 25th to 27th of April 2017 at the Bydgoszcz Exhibition Centre – one of the most modern exhibition facilities in Poland. The industry of plastics processing and manufacturing of injection moulds is undergoing continuous growth all over the world. It is also developing rapidly in Poland, and Bydgoszcz is a special centre dedicated to it. There is no better place than a fair for an enterprise to promote itself. The organization of a cooperative fair for the tools and processing industry, under the name INNOFORM, is a natural consequence of completion of the Bydgoszcz Exhibition Centre. The event will be accompanied inter alia: Conference of Tools and Processing Industry organise by Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster and Brokerage Event organise by Enterprise Europe Network at the Torun Regional Development Agency and Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency. We invite owners, management and technical staff who use tooling and plastics processing technology at their manufacturing plants. This offer is directed to all branches of industry, including: metals, machinery, electronics and electrical power engineering, automotive, railway, aviation, household appliances, food, medical, chemical, pharmaceutical and packaging. We hope our Trade Fair will be an excellent business platform and a place where manufacturers, distributors and scientists can exchange knowledge and experience with professionals who use advenced technologies at their plants.

The circle segment end mills constitute a new tool class which enable machining with a larger tool path distance during prefinishing and finishing operations. These tools are primarily used in mould-making as well as in the production of tyre moulds, turbine blades, impeller blades or blisks. The technical specialty of these end mills are the large radii in the cutting area of the respective tool which offer entirely new possibilities in machining. As a consequence, machining times can be reduced signifi cantly and at the same time the surface quality of the components is increased.

The new HASCO Smartlock Z1897/... has been developed especially for use in injection moulds. For the first time, it unites the advantages of a slide retainer with those of a limit switch in a single component. The friction lock, with a retention force of 7.7 to 12.1 kg, and the electric position detector permits the risk-free use of slides. Precise end positioning is thus always guaranteed, together with continuous monitoring of the stop position. This protects the mould against damage through premature ejection movements. The HASCO SmartLock is delivered together with the necessary mounting material, including a pre-assembled cable, and can thus be easily installed and is immediately ready for use. The glass fibre reinforced plastic with a steel body permits service temperatures of up to 120°C.

SPINWORX is an innovative tooling system, which puts into question so far theory that the insert has to be „rigidly” coupled with the cutter body. In this case however it doesn’t happen. This year we offer our Clients wire electrodes made in France by Thermocompact. Those electrodes are interesting alternative to standard “plain” brass wire with Zinc content between 36% to 40%. We propose coated brass wire electrodes JP, JP2 and Thermo SE with 70 % Zinc content. JP and JP2 are electrodes designed especially for Japanese machines.
