• The average individual income in Saudi Arabia is an approximately 49,000 riyals annually
by nearly 4,000 riyals per month, the lowest on the Gulf (according to a study carried out by the Ministry of Planning).
• More than 89% of Saudis working in the public and private sector are debtors. • According to a study done in 2010 that the total amount borrowed by individuals to cover the living requirements have exceeded 189.2 billion riyals, and it has demonstrated that it will continue to rise each year due to continued growth in the number of borrowers. • Chief economist at Saudi Fransi bank Dr. Sfakianakis said that 70% of Saudis do not own
a house which excesses the fair proportion to the level of developed countries.

• A standard called (bis average homeownership) supported by the World Bank and the United Nations. • If the bis average homeownership standard is 3, the price of the home is economically appropriate and that is equivalent to the total of person's salary for three years. • A scientific study indicated that the bis average homeownership standard in America in general is 3.0 while in New York (one of the most expensive cities in the world) is 6.1 and 6.5 in London.
• On the other hand, the bis average homeownership standard in Saudi Arabia is 14 . So any government employee needs to collect salaries of 14 years to own a home.

• Average of house prices according to a study Saudi Fransi bank is 1.23 million.
• Price of land has become a more than 50% of the cost of owning a home. • Having an apartment of less than 190 meters in Saudi Arabia , which is 6.5 more than the bis average homeownership standard in America twice, even more than New York.

1- In the old Saudi House they used to have a big land with “syaj” around it to have some privacy and security.
1-that affect the Modern Saudi House by time, which form a small outdoor area with high walls,
because they adopted modernity regulation without Any consideration for privacy aspect, but they added a walls around the house, which sometimes its not enough.

Effect of the Current station
• Waste of approximately 30 percent of the income of the citizen in the lease, or 33 percent, to pay the loan installments.
• Lack of family stability without homes owned or shelter, which affects even in the upbringing of children. - The impact of this waste in the life of the citizen.
Effect of the Current station
•Influence in the health care of the individual and his family for not being able to pay any additional expenses level
•The spread of crime and security and ethical issues because of low income, or because of poverty.
