President’s Reception and Virtual Concert with Tomar and the FCs Unwind and relax at the end of the day at the virtual President’s Reception. Bring your favorite beverage, and Tomar and the FCs will bring the music. The band is a mainstay on the Austin music scene and has been voted in the top five of the Austin Chronicle’s Music Poll for best Blues, Funk, and Soul artist more than once. Also, be sure to drop by the special happy hour session rooms after the concert to meet up and chat about the day or just unwind.
