There will be information and displays from health care providers and light lunch will be provided. The information session will cover:  Commonwealth Home Support Program – What is it & how can it help me?  Home Care Packages – What are the different levels & can I access one?  What is My Aged Care? This information session is put on by the HACC Providers of the North.
