We appreciate your presence in celebrating our 8th graders’ promotion to the Upper School. To fully appreciate the ceremony, kindly silence all electronic devices and avoid leaving the theater until the ceremony concludes and our students leave the premises.
We also ask that audience members remain seated during the ceremony to avoid disrupting the program or special moments for others.
Please rise to welcome the Class of 2028 and remain standing through the performance of the National Anthems.
Our ceremony is being livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
PHOTOGRAPHY
A digital photograph will be taken of each graduate to commemorate this momentous occasion. Within five days after the ceremony, you can easily access and download these digital photos from our SmugMug Digital Photo Gallery free of charge.
Studio photographer Cecil Pedrosa will take official print photos of every graduate, which will be available for purchase. If you are interested, please email Cecil Pedrosa at cecilphoto@yahoo.com
To ensure the ceremony proceeds smoothly and respectfully, we kindly request that family members refrain from approaching the stage to take photos.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our students with you.

TASIS is a family of international schools that welcomes young people from all nationalities to an educational community which fosters a passion for excellence along with mutual respect and understanding. Consistent with the vision of its founder, M. Crist Fleming, TASIS is committed to transmitting the heritage of Western Civilization and world cultures: the creations, achievements, traditions, and ideals from the past that offer purpose in the present and hope for the future. Seeking to balance the pursuit of knowledge with the love of wisdom, and promoting the skills of lifelong learning, an appreciation for beauty, and the development of character, each school combines a challenging academic program with opportunities for artistic endeavor, physical activity, and service to others.
Founded in 2002, The TASIS School in Dorado is affiliated with the American School in Switzerland (TASIS) and is sponsored by the Federico and Priscilla Stubbe Foundation, a notfor-profit Puerto Rican Corporation. TASIS Dorado is located in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and is an independent, non-sectarian, coeducational, not-for-profit, college-preparatory day school where English is the primary language of instruction while also actively promoting the mastery of multiple languages from PPK to Grade Twelve.
TASIS Dorado challenges and nurtures students to pursue academic and personal excellence so that they become engaged global citizens and innovative, selfless leaders.
TASIS Dorado aspires to be a world-class school that transforms students’ lives through the love of learning, beauty, truth, goodness and wisdom.
TASIS Dorado instills in its students the values of courage, kindness, integrity, humility and a commitment to building community.
The TASIS School in Dorado is licensed as a private school by the pertinent governmental licensing agency, the “Consejo General de Educación de Puerto Rico.” It is also accredited by the Middle States Association of College and Schools and by the “Comisión Acreditadora de Instituciónes Educativas” (CADIE). The TASIS School in Dorado admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
