MISSION THE TASIS DORADO WELLNESS PROGRAM EMPOWERS ITS COMMUNITY TO PURSUE HAPPINESS AND A MEANINGFUL LIFE WHILE DEVELOPING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL BALANCE TO FACE A DYNAMIC AND COMPLEX WORLD WITH RESILIENCE, CONFIDENCE, FLEXIBILITY, EMPATHY AND PURPOSE. The Wellness & Athletics Center will provide stateof-the-art facilities where our students can further develop their leadership skills and cultivate important life skills including discipline, teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, and humility. It is a goal of the Wellness Program to have every graduate leave TASIS Dorado with a desire to lead a rewarding and active life.

• Develop a Wellness Program that helps all members of the TASIS Dorado community adopt and maintain healthy behaviors. • Strong focus on nutrition, physical activity and mental health • Create wellness campaigns and challenges that everyone can participate in • Provide age-appropriate information on substance use and abuse • Develop community service and leadership opportunities for students from PPK to 12th grade • Sponsor workshops and seminars on the topics of: • Time management • Dealing with stress and anxiety • Financial planning and freedom from debt • Healthy relationships based on respect, trust, and friendship
