This coaching resource is designed to support coaches of under 6 & 7 Rippa Rugby teams. Each session has been developed to be an engaging coaching session with a focus on developing the core skills required at this grade, along with being easy to deliver, fun & progressive. They also follow the Games for Learning approach to ensure participants get lots of time playing games and using the skills learnt within the context of games.
The session focuses aim to further develop the Mako 5 skills. These are:
