We invite you to join us at Hilton Head’s premier Italian fine dining destination. Our chefs’ devotion to sourcing local products and the finest Italian ingredients and their creative approach to Italian regional cuisine make dining at Michael Anthony’s the consummate culinary adventure.

You may also choose to dine more intimately. We offer private dining destinations including a gracious Wine Room, or our Tuscan-inspired Cucina. For a unique experience for a small group, our Chef’s Table provides a personal chef who will prepare your custom meal tableside and a personal sommelier to present your wines.

For over two decades, our chefs have remained passionate about their cooking and excited about passing their art onto others. This is why our cooking school has become such a popular destination. Our small classes allow you to interact closely with our cooking staff, learn to prepare wonderful meals in a congenial setting, and taste your own creations.

You might choose to attend our Demonstration classes, where our chefs provide step-by-step guidance for preparing various dishes. When the lesson is competed, you’ll enjoy a generous tasting of all the food and sip some wine. Or you can decide to participate in a Hands-On class, where you’ll actively prepare dishes alongside the chef. When the meal is complete, you’ll sit down and share a family-style lunch, including expertly-paired wine.

We’ve designed Michael Anthony’s Market Cafe to cater to virtually all of your cooking and dining desires. A cafe, Italian food market, and laid-back trattoria in the evenings, it offers a bountiful menu of small plates, a full bar, and an array of specialty Italian food and fresh meat items.

For lunch, come and enjoy informal dining featuring made-to-order sandwiches, salads, pasta and pizza. Or gather with family or friends for dinner, when the Market Cafe becomes a cozy, Italian trattoria boasting artisan pizzas, salads, and smaller portions of our chefs’ acclaimed pasta, meat, and seafood dishes. And stop in and browse our carefully-curated gourmet foods, cheeses, meats, and heat-and-serve entrees. Selections include everything from house-made pasta, fresh sauces and soups, to imported olive oil, tomato products, Amarena cherries, and house-made desserts.
