Gypsum bonded investment
HIRO VEST CF 20® Gypsum bonded investment material
Hiro Vest CF 20’s stable setting expansion avoids deformation of wax patterns, and its accurate heat expansion results in castings’ great fitting to models. The product enables placement in 700oC pre-heated furnaces at only 20 minutes after investment for gold alloys, silver alloys and gold silver palladium alloys, thus saving your time. It can, of course, also be used using usual heating methods.
Only 20 minutes after investment, high heat-impact resistance By adding micro ceramic fivers and improving the initial strength, cracks or bursts are now a thing of the past when directly placed in a furnace 20 minutes after investment, producing beautiful casting with no cracks or fins.
Top of the ring placed for 30 minutes in a 700oC furnace.
Ideal balance between setting expansion and heat expansion leads to high casting precision. No wax pattern deformation and stable heat expansion result in extremely precise casting of inlays, crowns and bridges.

Polish & Shine
BELL COAT
Ultraviolet cured surface glaze hardening agent. A hard film with a beautiful, smooth lustre. Smooth lustre can be achieved simply by applying the glaze to a resin base, acrylic denture or hard resin and exposing it to UV rays for a short period of time. When applied after morphological corrections, filling of gaps between resin base and dentures, or restoration of hard resin that has lost its lustre, it maintains the lustre for longer time than that of a finishing polish. It can be used also with a Xenon Lamp.
Packaging:
• Bottle of 50ml - Surface Glaze Hardening Agent • Bottle of 6ml - Thinner
GLAZING PASTE
Water soluble glazing paste that contains silicon nitride particle ceramic Water soluble glazing paste that contains silicon nitride particle ceramic (Si3N4), which is the hardest next to diamond, as base ingredient. Resin rich lustre can be obtained very easily. Universal, applicable to hard resin products from all manufacturers.

Natural Looking Surface The wonderful surface brilliance and play of colour effect enables the reproduction of the natural looking teeth. Long Term Shade Stability High content of DUOS fillers can minimize water absorption while maximizing the surface hardness, which prevents surface roughness, stains and discoloration. Thanks to such properties, the intraoral shade can be secured for ages.

Hybrid Composite Resin (For Crowns & Bridges)
EYE SIGHT Hybrid Composite Resin.
NEW STANDARD FOR OPAQUE PASTE • Opaque Paste - Having DUOS Fillers* (=inorganic fillers) 70wt%, the material strength and hence the durability of the body opaque paste are improved, which leads to stable bonding properties for long term. Moreover, EYE SIGHT Body Opaque Paste brings you better cover performance and deeper light penetration.
The DUO - SPHERICAL Filler (DUOS Filler) has a special structure with two kinds of inorganic spherical fillers: • BIG FILLER - 1.5 μm • SMALL FILLER - 0.01 μm - 0.5 μm, brings you the superior material hardness, durability and aesthetic of EYE SIGHT!
EYE SIGHT FLOW OPAQUE
NEW STANDARD FOR OPAQUE PASTE The EYE SIGHT’s Opaque System, which contains a high density of DUOS Filler, consists of adhesive Opaque Primer, Flow Opaque Paste with appropriate fluidity and Body Opaque Paste. • Opaque Primer – ensures great adhesion with the metal. • Flow Opaque – mainly consists of 1.5 µm spherical fillers to maximize the bearing effect and fluidity of itself.
www.mutsumidental.eu
The slightly transparent milky colour of the paste allows light to penetrate faster and deeper, and thus promotes curing. Bearing efect of the spherical fillers promote the paste infiltration in the narrow spaces of the retention beads. Indefinite shape fillers resist to pressure, hence prevent paste infiltration into narrow spaces.

Glazing Agent
BRIGHTENER III
Surface brightening reinforcing agent Brightener III is a surface brightening reinforcing agent that can be used inside the mouth. Colourless and transparent, its low viscosity makes it both easy to apply and highly economical. Following the process of applying the composite resin and polishing, simply apply the Brightener and expose it to light to achieve the lustre of natural teeth.
No finishing polish is required. In addition, our Glazing Agent cement creates a hard film on the surface to prevent staining. The film maintains its lustre even after 30.000 brush exposures. This material is indispensable for more accurate dental restoration with a more sophisticated finish. Net content: • 3ml Bottle
It is cured by exposure to Halogen Lamp.

Aplication example
1. S tain removal, polishing and glazing are available for all kinds of discoloured teeth except for calcified, with one paste
After
2. Apply on prophy brush or prophy cup with a little excess to operate with low speed rotation. PURETECT can also be applied for metal prosthesis or resin surface with with no damages.
Precaution Close the cap after every usage to prevent moisture loss.

REBASE HARMONY Denture base hard relining materials
REBASE HARMONY (kit) At Mutsumi, we are fully familiar with the intricacies of particle technology and dynamics. Based on this knowledge, we have developed our own special denaturalized monomer and combined it with a catalyst in this product to yield optimal rapid hardening. This facilitates superior flow and accurate muscle trimming, designed especially to prevent discomfort in patients.
