I’m currently working in collaborative 3D architectural modeling in autodesk drive, while also proposing ideas and designing with criteria for projects like Plaza Tempo remodeling and Los Altos Hotel.
Autodesk Drive Modeling
Developing commercial and retailing projects around the country, provide 3D architectural modeling. Such as AutoMercado grocery shops, Novex and El Rey storehouses, as well as Hyatt by Hilton hotel in Liberia and Fidelitas University expansion.

BIM 360 Modeling
I was part of a team for more than 21,500 m2 projects. Working with electromechanical and architectural collaborative modeling in BIM 360. Including renowned projects as La Fayette Hotel in San Diego, Habitas Hotel in Santa Teresa and Pfizer offices in Torre Lexus, Escazu.
BIM 360 Modeling
Collaborative work, in 3D mechanical BIM 360 modeling, for more than 3500 m2 of residential projects, mostly in coastal areas including swimming pool systems.
CAD Drafter
Provided 2D architectural blueprints and 3D architectural modeling for more than 7000 m2 for the remodeling and restoration of residential, educational, and religious properties.
Photometries
Sensor placement to be photographed and carefully processed to generate a point cloud model scan, from which measurements and digital models of the stairs are obtained. This is used to design accessibility systems based on the Costa Rican law.
