Our Concept Tava is America's gateway to Indian food. The restau-‐ rant makes Indian food more accessible by using a sim-‐ plified, build-‐your-‐own style menu consis ng of fresh and familiar ingredients while retaining exo c flavors and appeal. We aim to bring the incredible flavors of Indian cuisine to all those that love food. We serve happy meats (hormone and an boi c free meats, grass fed lamb), locally sourced ingredients where possible, and all our spices are ground and roasted in house!
Our Menu 1. Burroti, Bowl or Salad:
Pick your base: a roti wrap, bed of basmati rice (white or brown), or romaine lettuce
2. Pick your protein:
Chicken ($8.99), Lamb ($10.19), Paneer ($8.99), or Vegan ($8.99)
3. Find your Flavor:
Tikka-‐‑ Light tomato cream Daal-‐‑ Hearty lentil
4. Fresh toppings:
Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers
5. Finish it off:
Double meat ($2.40), Garlic Naan Bread ($2.40), Bottled Beverages ($2.00-‐‑$3.00)
Everything’s Included!
Delivery Fee, serving utensils, bowls, napkins, silverware, entrée labels, and every order comes with fresh home-‐‑ made chutneys (Mild Yogurt, Mild Sweet Tamerind, Very Spicy Tava Lava).
About Catering Our Services
Interested in placing an order? You can reach us by phone Monday-‐‑ Sunday: 8am-‐‑8pm at 707.356.TAVA (8282). If you need catering service that is not within our regular schedule, please call us or stop by, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Delivery Area and Fees
We will deliver anywhere within a 1 mile walk from our store. Order minimum for delivery is $200. There is no charge or minimum for pick up orders.
Last minute or same day orders
We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders but cannot guarantee service. For all catering orders we request that you please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event we are unable to fulfill your request, we will inform you immediately.
Payment
For all delivery orders, payment by credit card will be requested at the time the order is placed.
Cancellation and Revisions Policy
Guests may cancel or revise an order up to 24 hours prior to delivery. Guests may be charged 50% of the total order cancelled within 24 hours of delivery. We will try in every way to accommodate last minute changes and cancellations; however, because our product is perishable, cancellations within 12 hours of delivery may incur a full charge.
