Notification No. G.S.R. 646(E), dated 22-8-2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) and clauses ( ) and ( ) of sub-section (2) of section 46 and sub-section (3) of section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) and in supersession of the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of any Foreign Security) Regulations, 2004 and the Foreign Exchange Management (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property Outside India) Regulations, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:—
