Dear Mr Rose Request for communications between the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the Treasury relating to fraud I refer to your email dated 1 September 2020 requesting the following information: “Any communication To or from the Treasury about fraud and criminal offending in the finance company sector in the last three years”. We have considered your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). We are unable to provide this information pursuant to s 18(e) of the OIA because the information does not exist, or despite our reasonable efforts, cannot be found.
