Hello Jordan, Thank you for your request. As far as we are aware, there has been one request for a tattoo as a leaving gift in the past 12 months. The former Mayor, Celia Wade-Brown, requested a tattoo as a leaving gift. This request was made in September 2016. The request was declined and no further discussion on this was entered into.
