PROFESSIONAL INFO
I would like to work in a office where to apply my knowledge of construction, urban planning and social Architecture. I would also like to work in a team with different kind of profiles, because this always make to architect a richer and more interesting proccess. I could offer an open mind way of thinking Architecture, ability to work effectively as a part of a team or individually, capacity of adaptation, motivation and enthusiasm. I am skilled in many different software programs related to architecture and design and I would not have any problem to learn new ones if it necessary, even by myself. In a future I see myself working as a part of a team and I aim to achieve a project manager position.

HOUSE DESIGNING SUNTRACKING HOUSE
For the design of it, we have take into account Passive climate systems in a 95% of the whole project, and 5% of Active ones. The criteria was to create a comfortable house for every season, controlling the resources and adapting the hose behavior for every moment of the year. The spaces are located in average positions where the sun is going to light indirectly during the whole day.

General Section and Cross Ventilation
1. The hot surface of the roof, heat the air, which goes up, producing convection air currents that suck the air from inside the house, improving the cross ventilation.
2. The gravel roofing, with high thermal inertia, stores cool air at night and releases it during the day, keeping the house cold.
e Brick facade
Orientation: The house areas follow the sun track, so each one of the activities developed inside of the house, will receive the accurate amount of sun depending on the location of it, and the average time that the activities will use along the day.
2. The upper windows are opened so hot air can escape.
3. The solar shading protects the house form direct solar radiation. So we get indirect light form south. 31º

Geometry: the shape of the house as we said, follows the track of the sun, so the volumes are distributed in order to get a better orientation, to Absorb the sun light they need.

4. Cool air flows through the house, cooling it down.
20º 5. The house cools down at night and owing it high thermal inertia, remains cool through the following day without consuming any energy. The cool air form the north side of the house penetrates into the main room form the back courtyard cooled with a pond, refreshing the air inside.
8. The pond helps to reduce the temperature of the air.

Construction development Selther vivac
This Project is located in Pyrenees and it is though for mountaineers. That means the project has to accomplish some specific requirements. The programme or zoning of the shelter is a kitchen, a storage area, living room and resting room. In addition another technical requirements are needed for example light and energy. All the construction process has been though with premade materials and due to the topography and location of the shelter all the parts have to be able to been transported by helicopter and build in less than a day which made the design process really specific and complex. The structure is made by 12 wood arcs for the biggest dome and with 6 for the smallest one in order to create a compression system. In the big one there is a skyline that provides light and ventilation. To achieve energy a solar panel is placed in the smallest dome faced to the south with the optimum inclination, 36 degrees. In addition to get a high isolation a special material used for boats was selected: polynum. In addition to make visible the shelter from far distance a red colour is used in the biggest dome to contrast with the white snow that covers the area most of the year, helping the mountaineers to locate the refuge.

urban planning pau ii
This area is located in Alicante and has an irregular topography. It used to be an almost empty area with a really irregular topography. The problems with this part of the city were the disconnection with the rest of the area and the lack of residences. The main idea is take advantadge of the views’s area and introduce a structure road connect to the rest of the city. First ideas are connecting green areas, respect schools, and publics buildings, building in gap areas and studying the growth area To achieve all the the goals a new bycicle and pedestrian network is developed in order to connect the whole area with the rest ot the city. Since the area has been mostly occuped by public spaces and buldings it was neccesary to keep this idea of public area by designing a kind of house block with a public space in the ground floor and residential use in the rest of the floors To make continue the green areas of the city a big green space is proposed as an axis of the neighbordhood occuped by urban gardens and urban orches, so it is not just a green area but also a place where neighbours can meet and develop and idea of community.

flower market
Architect’s work has changed. Our system too, that’s reason why an architect has to show the benefits and the necessity of their job. This is the context where the Flower Square has been developed improving the reality, the social reality of a city. In this specific context Tardeo activity -which is a meeting of many people in the square on Saturday morning to take “tapas and cañas (beer)”- gave us the opportunity to take advantage of a polemic situation by developing a real project that really can improve the situation between the different agents.
This project is not just about public furniture, but also about waste management, about recycling. So the challenge was to design something that really could work in the square as public furniture and at the same time to be able to manage all the glass bottles produced during Tardeo activity, all of this without creating new waste. That was reason why the entire project was developed with cardboard tubes given by a private company to avoid new waste material and to allow working with a really cheap budget. Actually, the budget of the project for the city and for the citizens was zero Euros due to all the materials were given by different private companies and build by ourselves. The difficulties of the project were the design, which had to accomplish many requirements, the construction which was totally in our hands but also the management of the existing resources. It was absolutely necessary to make a studio of the different modules in order to show the benefits in waste management they could offer. It was possible to check and to show the successful of the project not just by the acceptance of the users but also for the level of cleanness in the square after the opening day.

For this project an adaptable prototype was required. It will be used to present the work of different artists, and painters. In essence, it was an exhitibion for books, however those books were really special due to the fact that they did not correspond with the standard idea of a book. Some of them were too big and had to be presented in vertical or in an unusual way. These conditions made the design of the prototype more complicated due to the fact that an adaptable surface was required in order to allow the artist some freedom to present their work. The design had to be simple, so the books were the main focus of attention, and allow the artist to present the books in an adaptable way. Two kinds of prototypes were created: one completely flat, and the other with different inclinations so that the books can be presented in a vertical position. Every artist would have at least three modules to present all the books and the modules could be placed in many positions because of the shape of the prototypes: a hexagon Once the design was defined, it was really important to decide how the unfolding of the prototype was going to be in order to save the maximum amount of material, in this case, cardboard, and to achieve an easy attachment. Also the tolerance limits of the cardboard had to be taken into account in order to draw the plans. The room for the exhitibion was covered by dark, black marble which made the election of the colour really easy. All the prototypes were white so a landscape could be created with the reflection of the floor.

tardeo is ours
The goal of this design is to successfully change the concept of Tardeo activity to be more than just a spontaneous and social activity and to get an equal use of the square the whole week.
1. NOT THAT COOL (BAD IMAGE OF TARDEO)
After Tardeo, the whole central market square has plenty of glass bottles and cardboard dishes generating a dirty and negative image of the square. The deal will be to change Tardeo concept by: 1. Management of the waste generated by Tardeo 2. Relating this activity to eco-activities and to child-activities.
2. THE FORGOTTEN (FLOWER STORES ARE NOT INVOLVED IN TARDEO)
A crowded square doesn’t allow proper visibility of the flower stores and makes it more difficult to develop the business activity. The deal will be to give an economic benefit to flower stores by giving them more visibility, giving them a better position in the square and by guarantee customs
3. BE EQUAL (USE INTENSITY)
The square has a lot of activity Saturday morning during the time Tardeo is happening. However, the rest of the week the square is not very active and these activities The objective will be to use Tardeo as a spark to revitalise the public space by including real activities in the square. The main strategy will be to include activities for kids.
4. THE AFFECTED (NEIGHBOURS COMPLAIN ABOUT TARDEO)
Neighbours are affected by all the waste and rubbish generated by Tardeo. The main objective will not just be to give them a reason to like Tardeo, but to promise them a clean square by giving them: 1. The chance to start an economical activity 2. Kids activities
