PRINTING PROCESSES

All of our stationery products are offered as digital only, but we have the capabilities to do a variety of other processes listed below. Inquire with your sales rep to learn more.

Full-color digital printing on state-ofthe-art presses produces great color and quality for on-demand orders. It makes low minimum order quantities and short turnarounds possible.

Letterpress designs are crisp and sharp. Your artwork is sent to film as a negative and then exposed to a die, which is pressed (with tremendous pressure) to individual sheets of thick paper creating a debossed design.

Creates raised lettering similar to engraving for a fraction of the cost. As the piece of stationery is printed, resin is sprinkled on the wet ink and exposed to heat. The resin and ink fuse together, raising the lettering.

Available in your choice of gorgeous shimmering or matte foil. A heated die is stamped onto foil then pressed to paper, which leaves the design of the die behind.
