How It Works
Patient must complete required consent documents prior to treatment. Clinician launches the iMedConsent™ application to begin consent process.
Benefits
• Reduces risk
• Enhances patient safety
• Ensures compliance
• Increases patient satisfaction
• Achieves meaningful use requirements
• Lowers costs
STEP ONE
Clinician selects the consent for the desired treatment(s) and/or procedure(s).
STEP TWO
Clinician can choose to edit the consent document based on the specific patient, or use the standard set by administrator.
STEP THREE
Clinician completes the required fields with the patient via tablet or mobile device at point of care.
STEP FOUR
Clinician then prompts patient (and applicable witnesses) to sign consent document electronically.
STEP FIVE
Informed Consent application confirms that all required signatures have been completed.
STEP SIX
The document is now ready for patient review. Then it is automatically sent to the patient’s folder in the EHR.

Mobile Signature Capture Add-On
Taylor’s Mobile Signature Capture solution allows patients to complete their consents using their own smartphone or mobile device.
Mobile Signature Capture can also be configured for a facility-provided tablet or kiosk for patients who do not have a personal device, ensuring a much smoother process for all.
Faster Access When You Need It Most
Taylor Healthcare’s patented security technology uses the geolocation of the facility and the patient’s mobile device to validate the patient’s identity, ensuring the correct person is granted access to the system.
STEP ONE
Initiate connection via text message using the patient’s phone number.
STEP TWO
After identity is verified, the patient gains access to documents for review before signing.
NOTE
Once verified, the patient can securely complete registration documents right on their phone. No usernames, passwords or access codes are required.
