COLLATERAL APPROVAL PROCESS
Use this flow chart to guide you through the approval process for all Taylors FBC Branded Collateral. The process ensures the brand of Taylors FBC is consistently portrayed both internally to our members and externally wherever the piece might appear. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to contact the Communications Office for more information!

Event-based publicity continuing past Step 1 must be on Facilty Scheduler and confirmed.
We want to help you get the right material out to the right people in the best way possible!
After you have created your publicity piece, submit it to the Communications Office before distribution. We will look for:
Talk to the Communications Team about options.
You have the option of creating flyers, online newsletters, e-mails, temporary signs, postcards, and letters. For this option, create and proceed to Step 3. If you require a poster, media slide, announcement, event ticket, event bulletin, program, booklet, permanent sign, or you want help with the items listed above, the Communications Team will produce these for you.
