Public Transport Workers’ Appreciation A roadshow event to show appreciation to Public Transport Workers. I was in charge in designing a series of design collaterals including backdrop, entrance arch, souvenirs, system panels and etc.

Fright Night Appreciation An appreciation night for traffic police with the theme of fright night. I have photoshopped multiple photos together to create the background of a haunted house.

Broader Perspectives Special Issue Layout for a local magazine caters to GCE ‘A’ Level students and young adults. This issue contains a collection of teaching material and sample essays revolving around the theme of Singapore.

Broader Perspectives Issue 1 2020 Layout and illustration for two spreads, talking about woman equility. The illustrations are done by Procreate.

Akanga Film Brochure Inspired by the form of cinema tickets, each film that Akanga has produced is printed on a ticket, with the reverse side detailing the synopsis and awards it has won. These tickets are then bound together in a ticket book form using a screw post. The treatment of the cover features a blind emboss of a film projector, a nod to the nature of the studio.

ISSUE Drinking too much sweetened beverages will lead to type 2 diabetes. OBJECTIVE Encouraging young adults to choose mineral water over sweetened beverages.

OBSERVATION Young adults nowadays like to evaluate and devalue themselves while comparing to other people. INSIGHT As it takes time to change, Singaporeans often feels that becoming a better person takes too much effort.

See The Good In You Advertising Campaign See The Good In You is a campaign that encourages people to drop their unhealthy habitual drinks and drink mineral water instead. We strongly believe that people are able to see their better self after they start increasing their daily intake of mineral water. At phase 1, we release three short commercials on social media to tell people how mineral water can help you in energy consistency, better skincare and losing weight effectively in the simplest way. Meanwhile, we will be launching our posters at MRT stations and food courts to change people’s perspective about mineral water.

Both of our commercials and posters will lead our target audience to our website. People are able to make weekly subscription and their orders will be delivered in our specially designed carton box. I have coded out this responsive website by using HTML5 and JavaScript, it works well at both laptop and phone screen. At phase 2, we will hack into people’s life. Trading truck allows the publics to trade their sweet drinks with our Natural Mineral Water. It will open up to set up as a pop up booth and will go around central business district areas and schools in Singapore. It would be attractive since the price of one 500ml bottle of sprite ($1.20) is able to exchange for about 3 bottles of Pere Ocean mineral water and they will get out limited edition of tote bag. Our attendees will walk around and persuade people who are drinking sweet drinks to trade with our water.

Personal Branding

Every drawing starts from a point. Point is the basic and the simplest element of design. By connecting point to point, we create lines. A line shows direction and when lines working together, they can form a pattern. This logo is formed from a single point, which then extends into a line, showing how usually an idea is being developed from nothing to something. The dynamic play of lines consist of four letters which is L U E N ( my name). With this simple layout, it actually speaks a transformation from a point to a line. My core value of design is to convey a message through a very simple way.

The Barkery’s Dog Treat Packaging This is a repackaging project I have done for The Barkery, a dog bakery. My packaging aims to provide convenience and a fun experience to the owners and their dogs.

Travel Guide This is a 5 days travel guide in Harbin. By using illustrations, users can easily understand where are they going and what they can expect during their trip.

Panda App GIF This is a GIF set I have done for a Singapore’s local social app “Sbaey”. Using panda character to represent their brand’s uniqueness, I have designed 10 different GIFs of the panda with different gifts such as bamboo, chocolate, flowers and etc. Users are able to use the GIFs to rate photos in the app.
