A truffle-flavoured potato chip like you've never had before!

OUR CHIPS

Our chips are made with potatoes of the Agria variety only, grown in Spain according to tradition, in the Vega Granadina area and irrigated by the uncontaminated water of the Dúrcal river, which has its source in the Sierra Nevada, conferring them a unique flavour.

The potatoes are harvested and stored underground in the dark to retain all the organoleptic properties that give them their original taste.

Then they are washed, lightly peeled and sliced, before being fried in pure sunflower oil - the best as it is tasteless - at 165ºC. They are drained, dried, allowed to cool to room temperature and salted by hand with pure fine sea salt.

Finally, they are packaged using state-of-the-art machinery that guarantees the original flavour of the product without the addition of preservatives.

‘Food Service’ is the new Patatas Nana project dedicated to professionals in the catering sector. Given the recent increase in oil and electricity prices and the shortage of staff, Patatas Nana creates an even thicker potato chips to replace the chips cooked directly in kitchens.

MORGAN

Patatas Nana chips combine with the dehydrated and powdered vegetables used by Morgan in its famous Giardiniera to create five new chip flavours: black garlic, red turnip, pickled lemon, caper and bell pepper.

Just as the classic Patatas Nana are made with only three ingredients and no preservatives, Morgan's Giardiniera is also without compromises: the vegetables are sourced only from local farms that cultivate ethically, sustainably and in full respect of natural balances, no chemical additives are used and all
