Welcome to the latest edition of Sold By, the magazine brought to you by Beresfords Country & Village Team. The past year has been a challenging one for the property market, but despite the difficulties, the demand for Countryside & Village properties has remained strong. Interestingly, and contrary to some media commentary, buyer demand for property has risen considerably since December, and according to Propertymark, there were 94 prospective buyers registered per branch in February, compared to 70 in January and 39 in December which once again demonstrates the resilience of the property market.
