Overview
Project involves redevelopment of two (2) parcels of land located at 240 SE 29th Street
Retention of existing tenants (Harbor Freight/Car Toyz Audio)
Addition of new jobs.
Assistance requested with the establishment of a community improvement district (1% sales tax) to help offset redevelopment costs.
Estimated new overall investment $3.1M.
Estimated qualified CID project costs of $955,000.
Improvements to start in fall of 2017 complete by summer of 2018.
