The building is connected to The Mall across the street through a pedestrian bridge. The Mall is one of the biggest shopping centers in Sofia which provides variety of services that add value to the office tenants. BBC pursuit to LEED certification aligns with the project’s main goal- creating an excellent working environment and contributing to the sustainable development in Sofia.

Triple Green was selected to certify the project from a handful of competitive proposals.
