Janyne served as our agent during our recent house hunt in the Vero Beach area. She was very patient with us, and worked hard to understand our wants versus needs in a new home. She found us the perfect house, and even though we lost the property in a bidding war, she encouraged us to put in a back up contract. As luck would have it, our contract came up, and she worked tirelessly to help us navigate through a very aggressive closing schedule on the part of the seller. This included assisting in the selection of a mortgage provider and helping us to complete all the local requirements (like POA, HOA applications, etc.). If it had not been for Janyne, we would still be looking for a house or have settled on something far inferior to what we ultimately bought. I had already moved by the time the closing of my house occurred and technical hiccup surfaced in the closing that delayed the closing. Janyne handled the issue and was able to iron out the problem so that the closing occurred within a reasonable amount of time after the first delay. Janyne kept me posted on the progress of the closing while I was out of state and I appreciated her hard work to get the closing done eventually.
