5 years’ experience in a luxury resort kitchen as a breakfast, lunch and dinner cook. Prepare and plate dishes to the hotel standards, ensure that the dishes served meets to requirements of portion control and quality in a timely manner. Must be able to follow recipes, understand basic temperature, food safety and proper food handling. Must be able to take directions, pay attention to detail and be a team player. Must be able to prepare food based on guests and staff dietary restrictions and food allergy. Must have a Degree in Culinary arts and desire to learn more about the food and beverage industry. Salary is $10.00 per hour.

Labourer

3 years experience in a luxury resort environment. Must be able to work outdoors and operate small machinery, Maintain the beauty and health of all plants, flowers, outdoors grounds and trees, responsible for designing, producing, renewing and preserving outdoor spaces as well as responsible for minor repairs and keeping the compound clean from debris. Must be able to take direction, pay attention to detail and be a team player. Skills in painting, carpentry, landscaping and gardening would be an asset. Salary is $8.00 per hour.

Pastry Chef

More than 5 years of experience in a luxury resort kitchen. Must prepare a wide variety of pastries along with creating new and exciting desserts. Decorate pastries using various of toppings or icings. Must have in dept knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition. Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations, dietary restrictions and food allergies. Must be detailed orientation. Certificate in culinary arts, pastrymaking, baking or relevant field. Salary is $30,000 per annum.

Sous Chef

Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a formal luxury resort kitchen. Help in preparing the menus and producing high quality dishes both in design and taste. Order supplies and ingredient to stock inventory properly. Effectively manage the kitchen staff, motivate them and assign duties. Manage and train kitchen staff, assist in establishing working schedules and assess staff’s performance. Must possess exceptional culinary skills and have a passion for food creation. Must be detailed orientation, well organized with advanced verbal and written communication skills, adapt quickly, multitask and work under pressure. Up to date knowledge about food preparation, food handling, health and safety standards and nutrition. Proficient in restaurant management software. Salary $30,000 per annum.

Security Officer

Maximum of 5 years’ experience working in a formal luxury resort environment. Maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. Detect, deter, observe and report. Protect the premises by patrolling the property and monitoring surveillance equipment. Maintain and monitor Pine Cay lost and found. Monitor the boat schedule, inspect all staff bags and ensure all individuals sign in before entering the premises.

Must be detailed orientation, pay attention to details, great time management, excellent communication skill both verbal and written, basic computer skills, excellent sense of judgement, can stay alert at all times. Must posses a high school diploma and certification as a security guard. Must be CPR/First Aid certified. Must be willing to train with our K-9 division. Salary $8.00 per hour

Assistant Housekeeper

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort environment. Ensures that all laundry services within the property meet the highest possible standards. Ensure hotel rooms and clean and tidy for guests. Assist in Organizing and controlling the housekeeping department and maintains all relevant records. Sorting cleaning, folding and organizing hotel linens. Help in preparation in working schedule, training and motivating. Must be detailed orientation, pay attention to details, great time management, excellent communication skill both verbal and written and basic computer skills. Well organized individuals to be responsible for the day-to-day resort laundry facility. Some heavy lifting is required. Salary $10.00 per hour.

MAITRE D’

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury resort environment. Assist in running the dining room operation and managing the front of house staff. Greet guest and create a professional and positive image. Assist in preparing the menus and creating new dishes. Wine knowledge and pairing and fine dining table services. Knowledge in dining etiquette and health and safety standards. Exceptional customer service skills, good communication skills, able to work as a team and pay attention to details. Salary $21,600 per annum.

Pool And Beach Personnel

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a luxury resort environment. Maintain cleanliness by the pool and on the beach. Observe and patrol the beach and pool and enforce safety regulations. Conduct beach activities with hotel guest and staff members (Hobie cat, kayaking, snorkeling and boat tours). Perform general pool and beach related duties. Ensure all equipment are properly stored by the end of the day. Clean out pool and perform regular pool water testing. High school Diploma required. Must possess excellent customer service, time management, communication skills and organizational skills. Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measure. Some heavy lifting in required. Must be CPR/First Aid certified. Salary $8.00 per hour.

Bulter

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a luxury resort environment. Greet and check of hotel guests and homeowners. Assist in guest needs and solve their problems. Make recommendation and clarifications on the menu. Ensure guest remain satisfied at all cost. Must have in depth knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests. Working knowledge dietary restrictions and food allergies Can multitask, pay attention to detail, have organizational skills, communication skill and customer service skills. Highschool diploma required. Salary $8.00 per hour

BELLMAN/ VALET

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a luxury resort environment. Greet hotel guests and homeowners and load and unload their luggage. Show the guest to their rooms and ensure everything is in order. Carry out any duties requested by front desk manager. Follow all health and safety standards. Make recommendation for activities. Can multitask, pay attention to detail, have organizational skills, communication skill and customer service skills. Highschool Diploma Required. Must do some heavy lifting. Salary $8.00 per hour

Professional Laundry Manager

Maximum of 10 years’ experience in a luxury resort environment. Manage the dayto-day business operation in the housekeeping and laundry department ensuring that all services meet the highest possible standards and all staff are supervised and performing to their best abilities. Review staff performance.

Maintains all relevant records. Prepare work schedule. Conduct training. Motivate staffs. Conduct basic housekeeping tasks. Must be detailed orientation, have great time management, excellent communication skill both verbal and written and basic computer skills. Some heavy lifting is required. Salary $30,000 per annum.

Bartender

Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort environment. Responsible for bar setup/close, restock, inventory control and area sanitation. Mix, garnish and
