Chief Engineer

Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort environment. Must plan and oversee installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. Allocate workload and supervise staff. Monitor equipment inventory. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues. Must have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Must be detailed orientation, adapt quickly, multitask and work under pressure. Salary 35,000 per annum

Room Division Manager

Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort atmosphere. Work closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping Department with a range of projects. Conduct daily staff attendance, training and communication. Ensure property meets set standards. Preform night auditing process. Review hotels website, improve rooms and villas sales brochure, concierge brochures and requirements. Understanding and updating a rooms division hotel budget. Analyze and interpret established policies, Read and interpret business records and statistical reports. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Must be detailed orientation, adapt quickly, multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. A Major in Hotel Management is a plus. Salary $30,000 per annum

Yoga Therapist

Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort atmosphere. Perform routines that assist in individuals’ well-being. Develop personalize yoga routines in consideration of individuals’ needs, abilities and goals.

Demonstrate practices and techniques. Transform energy during the warm- up, build-up and cool-down stages. Engage in administrative duties. Must possess certifications in yoga practice. Must have CPR/ First Aid certification. Must have a level of patience and empathy. Must have customer services skills, leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Salary $27,600 per annum.

Canteen Chef Supervisor

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury resort atmosphere. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the canteen staff and other employees. Responsible for monitoring the inventory in the canteen. Help in preparation in working schedule, training and motivating. Assist in the preparation of staff meals. Create new meals to be serve to the staff. Must be detailed orientation, pay attention to details, great time management, excellent communication skill both verbal and written and basic computer skills. Well organized individuals to be responsible for the day-to-day working operations in the canteen. Some heavy lifting is required. Salary $12.00 per hour.
