"We are dedicated to excellence in everything we do." - Joe Lewis

2023 This book contains a visual history of Lake Nona's development. Starting with a greenfield site two decades ago, Tavistock Group, the private investment organization founded by Joe Lewis, started with a vision for Lake Nona to create an extraordinary place through public and private partnerships, and has evolved into one of the nation's most innovative communities. Located in Orlando, Florida, Lake Nona is one of America's fastest growing communities. Contiguous to Orlando International Airport, the 17-square-mile, master-planned community is home to thoughtfully designed neighborhoods, a globally recognized health and life sciences cluster, world-class education facilities, and a Training & Human Performance District.

"Lake Nona - The Next Great American City"

“Joe Lewis’ dream of opening a medical city in Lake Nona is coming together, with three large medical institutions, and a children’s hospital now open.”

“As the prestige of the Lake Nona project has grown, more institutions are coming aboard.”

“Lake Nona might appear like a normal community, but it is actually a giant experiment in how we can keep people healthy.”
