这座国家海事博物馆包含了海事界的方方面面,诸如水族馆、航 海及教育培训等,赋予参观者以门类齐全而又独一无二的体验。该博 物馆建筑将附近的湖泊利用起来,打造一处高于地面的户外码头展 区,展示或新或旧的各色船只。
建筑的设计灵感来自于“巨大风帆”的理念:巨大的屋顶之下汇 聚了所有的博物馆元素,同时拥有朝向地块北侧湖泊的巨大的波浪式 天窗。“巨大风帆”遮蔽着博物馆的主展厅,展示了种类繁多的木质 展品,其所模仿的是世界各地古老渔村的建筑风格。 The National Maritime Museum combines all aspects of the maritime world, from aquarium to sailing to education, combining a series of unique visitor experiences under one roof. The building takes full advantage of the adjacent lake by pulling in and creating a raised exterior marina exhibition that showcase new and old maritime vessels alike.
The building design evolves around the idea of the “Big Sail”, implementing a large, inhabitable, roof that unites all the museum program while creating large undulating skylights and opening up towards the lake that sits directly to the North of the site. The “Big Sail” covers the main exhibition program of the museum, which sits as a collection of wooden exhibition volumes underneath mimicking the look building style of old fishing villages around the world. 010

HAUS DER ZUKUNF T, BERLIN DIAGRAM OF THE FUTURE A freely programmable landscape, a framework for flexibly changing usages, the House of the Future (HdZ) keeps reinventing itself. The HdZ is not rigid, closed shell but continuation of its environment. The HdZ connects, is a place of and for ideas that unfold in and with the future. In embracing its surroundings in all directions, this open architecture is a diagram of the future.

PLACE OF OPEN EXCHANGE The urban landscape flows in and through the built, becomes building. The interior emerges by cutting and folding the exterior. Varying depths of transparency blur the transition of inside and outside. Spatial hierarchies are dissolved in a network of oblique communications. The House of the Future is a place of open exchange. FOYER – GALLERY – FOYER The House of the Future is a foyer between present and future. A foyer which becomes exhibition, a new landscape emerging in the midst of the city which in turn becomes a continuum of galleries. The HdZ's subtly differentiated yet freely programmable landscape opens up possibilities of diverse exhibitions with flexible boundaries. The size of the foyer is easily adapted to varying exhibitions. The seamlessly varying heights in this spatial continuum generate a network of unimagined future relations and constellations.

COMPLEXITY IN SIMPLICITY The spatial complexity is based on a simple manoeuvre: A plane defined by the local triangular geometry is sliced open at its centroid and links at the sliced edge with likewise sliced open planes above and below. The resultant space is –despite their affinity to a spiral– more than merely linear continuum: It is an interwoven space of and for unexpected encounters, a generously open space that is intuitively explored by its visitors. The planes are structurally interlinked and work as one so that other structural elements can be kept at a minimum, which in turn increases spatial and programmatic flexibility. All nonstructural elements are kept visibly below ceiling height, making the structural effortlessness felt throughout and increasing the building's transparency. This seamlessly connected, interwoven network of planes and slender columns make up the clearly defined structural system of the House of the Future.

In order to achieve this, the experience of the building is largely dictated by the timeline of a visitor’s passage from point of arrival through to his/her ascension back to park level from the underground exhibit spaces.
Attention is shifted toward the existing monument with a narrow view of the towering, black stone pillars sliced horizontally by the ground plane created by the museum’s roof. Upon entering, visitors experience the culmination of their transition from a playful and unrestrained, public park atmosphere to a serious and isolated space saturated with abhorrent imagery. Additionally, visitors exit the museum by ascending up to the level of the existing monument, regaining the visual and auditory connection with the park atmosphere and consummating the museum experience with a feeling of resolve—implanting a lasting impression of remembrance for each visitor to take home. 026

The Central Library of Helsinki is conceived as a green landmark in the heart of the Finnish capital. By intertwining the fabric of the city center with the green of the Finlandia Park and Töölö Bay, building and landscape are combined into one single entity.
The buildings roof acts as a public space, consisting of two accessible, connected slopes, which are conceived as an extension of the existing urban and green fabric. The green volume, which rises up from the north side of the plot and is oriented towards the Finnish parliament, houses more individual functions, such as the library collections and living lab, as well as the lobby. The urban volume, which makes a counter movement and goes up from south to north overviewing the Finlandia park and sea, contains more public functions, such as the cinema, the restaurant, the café, etc. The fact that both volumes have a different orientation, offer dissimilar views, house diverse programmatic functions and can function independently if necessary, leads to interesting contrasts while complementing one another.

The solution to this is to use the maximum footprint and create one volume that contains three separated building parts with “buffer zones” in between. 设计师在建筑内部打造了一处多层空间,其中所有的空间项目通 过一处中心点联系在一起,而该中心点又同时引导着公众与建筑产生 一种互动。设计师同时给立面设计了相当新颖的覆层结构以体现并强 化阿拉伯风情的空间氛围,同时又通过特别的密度设置、几何空间架 构与周边的环境完美相融。
对于建筑外部空间,富有土耳其特色的文化模式使景观地形更显 完美,这种模式不仅在城市与建筑之间创建了一种联系,还激活了整 个空间,实现了空间的有序组织。该项目的完结篇为停车区,从外观 上看是大型的弯曲式隆起结构,设计师在停车区的周边打造了商业空 间,并在顶部设计了一处公园。 On the interior we created a multi-level space experience having the entire required program connected through a central point that simultaneously receives and guides the public to interact with the building. We also created a progressive cladding concept to the facade that introduces and enhances the Arabic atmosphere while it’s reacting – through density combination and geometrical driven development- to the local environment.
At the exterior, the landscape designed topography was complemented with a cultural pattern from Turkey that not only increase the relation between the city and the building but also activates and organized all the spaces. This is done with a large curved bump that wraps the parking area creating commercial spaces on the perimeter and a drifting park on top. 106
