Introduction This Teach First exhibition is a great opportunity for you to raise awareness of your organisation within our community. It is a chance for participants to be inspired by organisations such as yours and see how educational disadvantage can be addressed from both inside and outside the classroom. For participants, the exhibition will also provide resources and opportunities that they can use and access in their new roles as teachers to help them make a difference for their pupils. For ambassadors (alumni of the two year Leadership Development Programme), the exhibition is an opportunity to consider the next stage of their career path. They may be considering a career change and will be interested to hear about your organisation and any recruitment opportunities available. Ambassadors who are considering returning to teaching will also be looking for inspiration and resources to support them in the classroom.

What we are looking for at the Teach First Exhibition The Exhibition is split into two fairs - The Leaders in All Fields Fair and The Learning and Resources Fair.

Leaders in All Fields Fair We want to inspire our participants and ambassadors to think creatively about how they can help achieve our vision. Whether this is through remaining in teaching or moving into a different sector, they are all are dedicated to ending educational inequality. More than 40 organisations from a range of different sectors will be attending the Leaders in All Fields Fair. This is an opportunity for participants to hear about the work you do and the roles within your organisation that will enable them to continue supporting pupils and schools should they come and work with you in the future. It is also an opportunity for you to meet with ambassadors who are considering a change of career and tell them about any recruitment opportunities. Our participants and ambassadors will find the following of value:  The careers available at your organisation, particularly graduate schemes available to those who have completed the Teach First Leadership Development Programme  Ways in which the skills they have developed through the Leadership Development Programme are transferrable to your organisation  A first-hand impression of what it’s like to work at your organisation  Ways in which they can continue to work towards achieving Teach First’s goals whilst working in your organisation.

Learning & Resources Fair This fair has been designed to provide participants with free resources and opportunities that will support them in raising the achievement, aspirations and access to opportunities for their pupils. There will be approximately 40 organisations attending as part of this fair, making it a fantastic networking opportunity too. For those of you who have been a teacher before, it’s an opportunity for you to share your experiences and offer advice and encouragement to participants and to inspire ambassadors considering returning to teaching.
