A dear friend of mine wrote a topic which impressed me e lot… “everybody would like to live on the top of a mountain but few people understand that the biggest joy is to climb it ”. Deeply thinking I agree with him… often we complain about our everyday difficulties and we envy all those who have an easier life without understanding that we feel happy and alive through the challenges, the adventures and the new goals. “My father was there with me in every moment �

The first time I rode a motorbike my father had to hold me in the back otherwise I would have fallen down. I was only 4 and it was a Honda QR50 cross pocket bike. It took me a while to get it out of the garage because I was scared of the noise from the engine. Maybe I was born to do this ”job” and now that I am racing in MotoGP my father does not hold me in the back anymore but he is still a very important support to me. You can not even imagine how strong this Honda Rcv is and every corner and every gear is a real fight. I can not “tame” it by myself…. I need my crew beside me. Someone has started in his father’s workshop based in a little Catalan town, someone has graduated as an Engineer at Auckland University, someone has tried to become a “rider” along the streets of Belfast’s streets, someone has started by coincidence and someone has strongly wished to be there.. Different stories of different people coming from 10 different countries for the same reason and the same passion. Tokyo, 20th of March 1954 Since I was a young child  I have dreamed that my own machine would someday win a world championship. The technology in the world is drastically improving day by day. However I have enough  confidence to achieve my dream with my own idea which I have believed in for a long time. MotoGP has a long history with Grand Prix events having taken place worldwide throughout the last 63 years. Every circuit on the MotoGP calendar has its own unique atmosphere, features, history and layout from the flat, floodlit, desert terrain of Losail International circuit in Qatar to the majestic, winding beauty of Mugello in the Tuscan hills of northern Italy. Historical venues such as Assen and Le Mans, exciting venues such as Laguna Seca and Sachsenring, spectacular venues such as Phillip Island and Indianapolis made the audience grow year by year with over 2 million spectators on track.
