Erin Ponds

Erin grew up in Sumiton, Alabama. She married the love of her life, Brandon Ponds, 12 years ago. She is a nurse practitioner by trade and has worked for extremely busy medical practices. They met Genny Williams years ago when they hired her to sell their investment home in Vestavia Hills. Genny told them both they should get into real estate and control their own schedules. In 2020, they decided they were selling their home in Vestavia, relocating to Dothan, Alabama, and Erin was getting her license. Erin and Brandon now live in Dothan with their 3 gorgeous fur babies; London, Charleston, and Denver.

Erin is a natural. She loves a challenge; both in life and at the gym. She moved to a market knowing only her best friends, leaves a thriving medical career, and starts a real estate business. She's on track to double her sales this year over last year. eXp has allowed her the flexibility to become an agent, make money, and still maintain a work-life balance; which was a struggle previously. She has easily established herself as an agent on the rise in Dothan. She still has goals she would like to reach, but she says she feels empowered to grow her business and grow as an agent. With the flexibility in her new career, Erin is able to open her own Wellness clinic in the Dothan area where she can help many people with her nurse practitioner skills. Before eXp, Erin felt as though she was trapped in a career that would never allow her to have the worklife balance she craved. Finally, she will be able to practice the medicine she truly wants, within the hours that she wants, while still growing her real estate business and hanging out by her poor or making quick trips to the beach.

Erin says during her 18 months in real estate, Genny Williams, Zac Kennedy, and the whole Xcellerate team have been a huge inspiration for her. But, it is we who are amazed and impressed by Erin and her desire to thrive and make this business exactly what she needs. We are so grateful to have her!
