- Institutional Modernization • Railways transformed into closed JSC with holding structure (to be continued); • New charter of accounts, asset revaluation and first international audit have been completed; • Introduction of new computerized International Financing Reporting Standards (IFRS) is rapidly advancing with plan to switch to ORACLE based ERP by end on 2015; 5 • Oil spills response capacity has been substantially strengthened.
