TEAS Membership Terms and Conditions a) The headquarters of The European Azerbaijan Society Foundation (TEAS) are registered at 15 Queen Anne's Gate, London, SW1H 9BU, United Kingdom. TEAS has six decentralised offices in European capitals2 and in Baku that constitute primary contacts for members companies. b) Membership to TEAS network relates to the benefits package to be subscribed by the company (e.g. Platinum; Gold; Club). c) Membership to TEAS implies joining a global network of companies throughout Europe and Azerbaijan interested in developing economic relations. d) Candidate companies must be a legal entity, duly registered and be in good standing in the business community. e) Membership applicants must ensure that, to the best of their knowledge, all information provided is accurate and complete at the time of application. The European Azerbaijan Society reserves the right to terminate membership without refund of the fee where misleading or false information has been provided. f) The European Azerbaijan Society reserves the right to reject a membership application for any reason(s) it deems appropriate. The membership applicant will be notified of any such decision in writing, and any membership fee will be refunded within 28 days of the decision made by The European Azerbaijan Society. g) Membership is effective upon acceptance of the application by The European Azerbaijan Society and upon receipt of full payment of the membership fee. h) Memberships are annual and the membership fee cannot be reclaimed once the term of membership has commenced. i) Membership renewal must be explicitly expressed and agreed by both sides within a month before membership expiration. j) The European Azerbaijan Society reserves the right to revise membership fees annually – members will be notified prior to any fee revision occurring. k) All membership details supplied by the applicant are stored in a database on TEAS’ secure server, in respect of the Data Protection Act.
