For Kronospan Colors We are happy to announce that we made our first express collection for the most popular colors of Kronospan.

QUESTION: Can you deliver my order in few days?
QUESTION: What is express collection mean at TECE? We are a mass producer of edgebanding. We produce about 600,000 kg of plastic edgebanding on a monthly basis. We have our MOQ per each color. Yet, when we have a color in our express collection, it means that the customer can order as less as 2 boxes per color instead of 20 boxes. Due to our system and scheduling, we require about 2 weeks to prepare your order and ship it. At TECE, ‘express’ does not necessarily mean ‘delivery the next day’. Rather, it means that we have stock of this color and the customer does not need to 20 boxes. QUESTION: Can I buy your product? Yes, you can. Yet, we already export to 90 countries. In some of which, we have exclusive agreement; this means, you need to buy through our distributor in those countries. If we don’t have, we are happy to supply directly. GjirokastĂŤr Berat and Gjirokastra are examples of Ottoman architectural. Before visiting Albania, I had never expected to see so much Ottoman influence who control the territory between years of 1480 and 1912. During 432 years of reign, Ottoman Empire built incredible architectural constructions; most of which are still standing. More importantly, Berat and Gjirokastra are good examples to us that no matter religion or community, people can live together in harmony for so many years without fighting. If you are visiting Albania, you must take a day or two to see these two beautiful cities.

What’s new at TECE? A lot... R&D is an important department at TECE. It is crucial for achieving future growth and maintaining a relevant product in the market. Before the year of 2018 ends, we are hoping to add two more important products to our portfolio:
Polypropylene Edgebanding:
Edgebanding for Zero-Glue-Joint
The greenest edgebanding solution with the lowest possible price. PP edgebanding is very similar to ABS in terms of ecology and processing.
Until recently, we were not sure if we must produce a product for zeroglue-joint processing such as Laser or Plasma. Yet, recent developments have enabled the furniture makers to reconsider investing in zero-glue-line edgebanding machinery due to affordability.
In PP edgebanding, we are going to limit the product to only mass usage. For example, if the customer needs 100,000mt of 2mm ABS product, we will check if we can offer them PP edgebanding. PP edgebanding is produced in jumbo rolls of 610mm and can be slit to any size needed. The thickness can be between 0,5mm and 2mm. Please contact us to preorder a sample!
In the past, Homag had the laser system which would cost about 100,000 euro in addition to the edgebander machine itself. Same goes for Plasma technology. Now, edgebander companies are offering technology which would cost so less (such as Airtec). To this end, we have decided to invest in the co-extrusion technology. In the capacity, we will produce edgebanding with a functional layer which is identical to the color of the edgebanding.
