Olocco Srl has been manufacturing valves and components for pneumatic transport and metering since 1950; its effort has always been characterized by an ongoing research from design to production of valves and accessories ensuring the realization of products at the forefront for technical specifications, quality and safety.

In recent years, Olocco’s production department has undergone a deep renovation with the commissioning of new machining centre equipped with the most modern flexible production systems 4.0, with high levels of automation for the handling of work pieces, pallets and tools. New milling, boring and turning centre have also been introduced, which have greatly increased internal production capacity and brought quality standards to ever higher levels.

During the last year, despite the extremely difficult situation caused by the pandemic, in addition to ensuring the continuity of production, Olocco has also been able to complete the new office building’s construction and the new assembly department, recently become fully operational. This is to demonstrate its will to grow and to bet on the future.

Since 1997, Olocco has achieved the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and subsequently it has certificated the major parts of their products according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. In 2007, it started producing rotary valves suitable for using in risk explosion areas with structural resistance and flame sealing capacity from 1,5 bar up to 10 bar.

Olocco Srl is also able to guarantee the food compatibility of the materials with which its products are made, in compliance with Regulation EC No. 1935/2004 concerning materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs (MOCA) and Regulation EC 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practices in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
